Glenise Clelland is a contemporary Queensland visual artist with over 40 years of exhibiting at major Australia & overseas galleries. Glenise studied Fashion Design at Brisbane College of Art (now Queensland University of Technology.) Her artistic endeavours both figurative & landscapes in vibrant oils, acrylics & mixed media express her passionate love of strong colour & dynamic forms.

Glenise has won numerous prizes, including Ian Fairweather Memorial Prize, Sunshine Coast Drawing Prize, RQAS Awards in 2021/22. Her paintings have been selected for prestigious exhibitions - Tattersall’s Landscape Prize (4 times), Lethbridge Art Awards finalist, Regional Galleries Noosa, Moreton Bay Shire Award, Celebrate Queensland Award, Flying Arts Awards, Stanthorpe Regional Gallery Awards, Aboriginal University of Australia Collaboration (now at Noosa Hospital). Glenise’s paintings are in 15 countries & across Australia in Government, Corporate & private collections.
